Delivery Charges 

UK Mainland

Each item has a different delivery charge, but most small items are charged at £3.99 and most large items are charged at £5.99, for UK Mainland. Once you add your items to your basket, the delivery charge that is applicable to your order will be shown.

Non Mainland:

Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Jersey, Gunersey, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands, all fall in the 'non UK mainland' shipping rate. Each item has a different delivery charge, but most small items are charged at £10.50 and most large items are charged at £11.50, for non-mainland addresses. Once you add your items to your basket, the delivery charge that is applicable to your order will be shown.

Delivery Timings For Voucher Deals 

Delivery times for special voucher deals will vary according to each specific deal, but are usually 10 working days from the date of redemption. Please consultant the voucher deal site for information on the delivery timings for your order. We will always email you when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive after the date of despatch. If after this time, you have still not received your order, please email us on sales@ebeez.co.uk, and we will try to trace the whereabouts of your order.
